📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned area.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven experience in sales and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
