DRIFT Unggul is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Kupang. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities. This is an immediate opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR reports and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
