Tech Up Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our team in the Menteng, Jakarta Raya area. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of office and field work. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual who can drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the sales team.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.,Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products/services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
