📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food preparation, and cooking equipment.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Plan and organize kitchen schedules to meet daily operational needs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid (office and kitchen) setting.
