In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our workplace, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with management to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Promote a culture of safety and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety officer or similar role, preferably in a high-risk or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.,Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
