Newport World Resorts is seeking a dedicated Security Control Associate (Radio Technician) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our guests and staff. You will work closely with the security team to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that the resort is a safe and secure environment for everyone. This is a full-time position located in one of our resort locations in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor radio communications to ensure that all security protocols are being followed.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular patrols of the resort to ensure that all areas are secure and that there are no potential security threats.,Work with the security team to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.,Maintain and repair radio equipment as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.,Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies.,Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or radio technician role.,Familiarity with radio communications equipment and protocols.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience working in a resort or hospitality environment is a plus.
