📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products and services meet established standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with quality regulations and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor junior quality control staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide quality assurance support during product development and launch.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting quality inspections and tests.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and software.
