CV Luhur Lautan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor and control costs to ensure the restaurant operates profitably and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
