📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and lead a team of telemarketing agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and develop telemarketing agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Report on team performance and provide regular feedback to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
