📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and career events.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
