📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.,Delegate tasks and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.,Maintain accurate records of team performance and productivity.,Assist in training and development programs for team members.,Handle employee relations and address any issues that may arise.,Support the Team Leader in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
