PT Hasta Cipta is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. This position is crucial in supporting the Training Officer in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Support the Training Officer in conducting training sessions and workshops.,Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure training needs are met.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain and update training records and reports.,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of training activities.,Support the Training Officer in any other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
