📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth logistics flow,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory and order fulfillment,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and productivity,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
