📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of inspections and findings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize advanced construction management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Revit to document and track project progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site, including OSHA and local Indonesian standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential quality and safety issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in construction quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and field engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in quality control, such as ISO 9001 or PMP (Project Management Professional), is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to project sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
