📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the hotel.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s management team to drive innovation and excellence.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Understanding of Bali’s hospitality and tourism industry, including local regulations and cultural nuances.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
