📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with check-in/check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the resort maintains high standards of cleanliness and order
• Assist with housekeeping tasks, including preparing guest rooms and public areas
• Promote the resort's amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using our in-house management system
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including sanitation and hygiene standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest services or related hospitality roles
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and our resort's management system
• Familiarity with hospitality software such as PMS (Property Management System) is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a team-oriented environment
