Town Tech Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing invoices, and providing support to the accounting team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts.,Provide support to the accounting team by assisting with bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and other financial tasks.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings as required.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (internships or part-time work may be considered).,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
