You will need to have a strong background in semiconductor layout design, with experience in both digital and analog layouts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize physical layouts for advanced semiconductor components, ensuring they meet performance, power, and area targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, process engineers, and verification teams, to deliver high-quality products.
• Use industry-leading tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, and Synopsys IC Compiler to create and verify layouts.
• Develop and implement design rules and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with manufacturing processes.
• Conduct layout reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in semiconductor design, and apply this knowledge to innovative solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support the team during critical phases of the design cycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor layout design, with a strong background in both digital and analog layouts.
• Proven expertise in using industry-standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, and Synopsys IC Compiler.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design rules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry certifications such as Cadence Certified Professional or Mentor Graphics Certified Professional is a plus.
• Experience working in a global team environment, with a willingness to travel.
