Sumber Putri Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Finance Officer to join our team. This position is crucial for ensuring the financial health and stability of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Manage the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the clinic's financial performance.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management.,Negotiate and manage relationships with financial institutions and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
