📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high-quality products and adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Manage inventory and purchasing of pastry ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or diploma is a plus.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.
