📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  • Optimize sales performance through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to minimize waste and costs.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve store targets and goals.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to address performance issues and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new products and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
