📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain legal documentation for Temokin Development's portfolio of companies.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on various legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and law firms as needed.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
• Support the legal team in conducting due diligence for business transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
