As a Marketing Executive at Jinyoung, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, working closely with our sales and operations teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products, from traditional Indonesian snacks to international food products, and will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products in both domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the food industry.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive product sales and achieve targets.
• Manage our online presence, including our website and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote our brand.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the food marketing industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing software such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
