📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and requirements.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
