📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements to procurement processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and other related documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
