Agung Gilang Spareparts is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
