📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, plan, and oversee the construction of various infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor and maintain the quality of materials and workmanship.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Manage and optimize project resources to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and building codes.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery.
