📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.,Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
