📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all workers.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant information.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams as needed.
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid work permit and visa.
