📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage all aspects of interior and civil projects from conception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.,Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.,Maintain a safe and efficient work environment for all project personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior and civil projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
