📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and local regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
