📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth inventory flow.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
