📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Mediserve and its partners.
• Assist in the implementation of Mediserve's healthcare services and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare services provided by Mediserve.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare.
• Attend and participate in healthcare conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Provide excellent customer service to hospitals and clinics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare relations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
