📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance requests, lease renewals, and tenant communications
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve property issues promptly
• Manage tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction
• Assist in the development and implementation of property management strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive property excellence and achieve business goals
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ to streamline operations and track performance metrics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential or commercial setting
• Strong knowledge of property management software and tools, such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with local regulations and ordinances governing property management in Bali
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property inspections and maintenance visits
