HR Generalist Officer (Contract) - Bali

In this role, you'll be working closely with our team to ensure that our HR processes are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices. You'll be responsible for managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Additionally, you'll be involved in the recruitment process, sourcing and interviewing candidates to ensure that we bring the best talent to our team. You'll also be responsible for HR administration, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the hostel
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
• Maintain and update HR records, including employee files and payroll information
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide HR support to managers and team members as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as BambooHR or Workday
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
