As an Inventory Specialist at Daisy Builders, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring that inventory levels are aligned with production and sales demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in inventory management, leveraging tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and custom-built inventory management systems.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Utilize inventory management software such as SAP and Microsoft Excel to track and analyze inventory data.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory to production and sales teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
