📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure operational efficiency
• Prepare and present regular cost control reports to the finance team
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze cost-related information
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost control
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your analytical skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in cost control or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
